Absolutely. Blank (unprinted) teddy bears are available with no minimum quantity requirement. However, the minimum order of $250 still applies.

Standard production time is approximately 14 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time depends on your location, with most orders shipped via UPS Ground.

Yes. Our art department can often clean up, redraw, or recreate your logo so it prints properly on the accessory. Additional artwork charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
Yes. We provide a digital artwork proof for your approval before production begins. Production will not start until you approve your artwork.
Yes. Most logos can be printed in one or more colors depending on the design and the size of the imprint area. Separate set-up charges will apply.
Setup charges are:

$30 per color for exact reorders
Add $60 per color for PMS (Pantone®) color matching
Four-color process setup: $100

Yes. We can match most PMS (Pantone) colors for an additional color matching fee ($60.00) to help maintain your brand consistency. But first, check our Standard Printing Colors to see if your color is listed.

International customers are responsible for all freight charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges. International shipments must be billed to your UPS, FedEx, or Purolator account.
Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Larger shipments may be sent by freight carrier when appropriate.
Our teddy bears are manufactured using high-quality materials designed for promotional and retail use. Our “In-Stock Toy Line” is product safety tested by engaging CPSC accredited testing laboratories to independently furnish safety reports on all the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requirements. If you have specific compliance requirements for your project, please contact us before placing your order.
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, making future reorders quick and easy. Exact reorders also qualify for reduced setup charges.
Yes. Blank sample bears are available for most stlyes so you can evaluate the quality before placing your order.

Our standard teddy bears are manufactured to strict quality standards and decorated in the United States. Custom-designed bears and mascots are manufactured overseas. We use factories from several nations including China and India.
